Contest Rules
1) This Contest is open worldwide to any individual over the age of 16;
2) You may submit one (1) entry per email address only. Submitting multiple entries does not improve odds of winning. You can only win once;
3) To enter the contest you must fill out and submit the entry form above. You will receive an automated confirmation email once your submission has been received. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of submission, you may re-submit your entry. Please be sure to check your SPAM email folder before you re-submit. If we receive a duplicate entry for your email address, only one entry will be included in the random drawing;
4) You must follow MMJewelry and RVHomme (MMJewelry’s Social Media representative) on either Twitter or Facebook. You can find the links to the Twitter accounts and Facebook above;
5) The contest runs from 12:00pm EST Monday, July 16, 2012 through 12:00pm EST Friday, July 20, 2012. Submissions received after 12:00pm EST on July 20, 2012 will not be considered;
6) There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and three (3) additional winners chosen at random from the valid submitted entries. The Grand Prize Winner will win one (1) Sliced Ring in Gold/Black. The three (3) additional winners will each win a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) Gift Card to Melinda Maria Jewelry that may be redeemed at www.melindamaria.com;
7) The Grand Prize Winner and each of the three (3) additional winners will be notified via the email she/he used in submitting the entry. If you provide a Twitter username on your submission form, we will also tweet the Twitter user names of the winners;
8) The Grand Prize winner and the three (3) additional winners will have 24 hours from the time the email notification is sent to respond with a valid mailing address. If any winner fails to respond with a valid mailing address via email within 24 hours, a new winner will be chosen at random from the existing submitted entries;
9) We will not share your mailing address, email address or full name with anyone other than Melinda Maria Jewelry; and
10) Melinda Maria Jewelry will send the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) additional winners their winnings directly.
