Best Kiss & Movie Of The Year for ‘Breaking Dawn-Part 1′. Voting is now open.
According to the official rules voting is open to US Residents only. However as of right now those outside the country are currently able to vote.

When we heard that MTV was “overhauling” their Movie Awards this year, we expected change. What we didn’t expect to see was Kristen Stewart’s strongest performance in any of the Twilight films being practically ignored. Seeing Bella transform before our eyes from a blushing bride to a dying and emaciated mother-to-be and watching her doting husband crumble on the screen was more than a fan could ask. And, the fans are what the MTVMAs used to be all about.
Our fandom has been big supporters of these awards for the last four years. This snub quite frankly feels like we were shuffled out the back door in favor of new guests for no other reason than we’ve had the good fortune of being around the longest. Call us dramatic, but it’s a disappointment to see deserving performances like Kristen & Rob’s ignored this year for what seems like some sort of politics.
Bottom line, MTV: Your awards aren’t the Oscars. They were designed to be a fan-voted popularity contest of what’s hot and fun and exciting. But, now you’ve taken the vote out of our hands. And, that royally stinks.
But, since we’re not bad sports, we will still support the categories in which ‘Breaking Dawn’ and Kristen&Rob were nominated, and we encourage you to vote. We do want to wish all the nominees and their fans good luck in your voting. We hope you are as enthusiastic about these awards as this fandom has been.
